Have no other gods

Listen, O daughter, consider and incline your ear; forget your own people also, and your father's house; so the Lord will greatly desire your beauty; beacuse He is your Lord, worship Him.

worship God; let every decision you make be to get closer to, to glorify, and to bless Him. We should put the effort (moreso) that we apply to our relationships with others with our Lord. The Commandments are "Have no other gods before me" then "Love your neighbor as yourself."

I must love God first; and then love people as I myself not as I love God. It is then that God will desire me!

Wow, Lord! You'll desire me? Help me to be desirable in Your sight, Lord. Make me beautiful as You see beauty. Help me in my labor that it may not be in vain. In Jesus' name. Amen.
