Shabach - praising and calming. We can be restored to our original "image" by praising God regularly. Praising aloud causes stirring in the spiritual realm, and in turn a sense of joy and satisfaction.

Praise Regularly And In Sacrificial Excitement; Worship Often;

Heed Instruction;

Pray.
